JAMESTOWN - Authorities is Jamestown dealt with two crashes on Monday, one of which resulted in injuries to a driver.
Police responded to collision between a Dodge Durango and a Chevrolet pickup at 10 a.m. at the intersection of 17th Street SW and Highway 281 south. The driver of the Durango was taken by ambulance to Jamestown Regional Medical Center with undisclosed injuries. That investigation was continuing.
Just after noon, a semi flatbed hauling a large cherry picker turned onto Highway 281 north off of the 281 bypass and lost its load onto the roadway. There were no injuries reported in that crash. Northbound traffic was slowed to one lane as crews worked to get the scene cleared.
