JAMESTOWN - On Tuesday, workers removed the sign above the entrance for the Glik's clothing store at the Buffalo Mall in Jamestown. There was no indication they were reinstalling it somewhere else in the mall. Wednesday, officials confirmed the retailer has pulled out of Jamestown.
The company's website listed the store as permanently closed on Tuesday night.
Buffalo Mall property manager Tim Perkins confirmed Wednesday that the company had chosen not to relocated within the mall to accommodate the arrival of Dunham's later this year.
Last week, the Buffalo Mall and Dunham's announced the sports retailer plans to open a 20,000-square-foot store in the summer of 2017. To facilitate the company's first store in North Dakota, the mall asked some current tenants to relocate within the facility.
