Police Warn of High Risk Sex Offender Who's Moved to Jamestown

JAMESTOWN - Jamestown Police are warning residents of a convicted high risk sex offender who is now living in the city.
Bradley Wills in a 43-year-old white male standing 5 feet 9 inches and weighing 180 pounds.  He has blue eyes and brown hair.  His file photo shows him with close-cropped hair, trimmed mustache and goatee.  He does not have a vehicle.
Wills is living at 102 4th Avenue SW.  He is currently on probation and GPS monitoring.
Wills was convicted in May 2006 in Morton County District Court, ND of entering into a sexual conversation with a person in an online chat room that he believed to be a 15-year-old girl.  He was arrested after he arrived at a mall where he arranged to meet the "girl".
He convicted in September 2014 in Burleigh County District Court, ND of chatting online with someone he believed to be a 14-year-old girl.  He made explicit comments about meeting to perform sexual acts and was arrested when he went to meet the victim.
Jamestown Police Chief Scott Edinger warns residents that any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten Mr. Wills, his family, landlord or employer, will be turned over for prosecution.  Learn more about registered offenders by going to www.sexoffender.nd.gov.
