Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Committee Meeting; Video Conference Sites Available
BISMARCK, N.D. – The N.D. Department of Human Services’ Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Committee will meet on Tues., July 2, 2013, from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. by means of three video conference sites in North Dakota.
The committee meets quarterly to advise the department on program and policy developments to help meet the needs of individuals with traumatic brain injuries and their families.
The public is invited to participate in the meeting from any one of these locations:
·Bismarck - N.D. Department of Human Services’ Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Division, Prairie Hills Plaza, 1237 W. Divide Ave., Suite 1C, Prairie Rose Room
·Devils Lake - Lake Region Human Service Center, 200 Highway 2 S.W., East Conference Room
·Fargo - Southeast Human Service Center, 2624 Ninth Ave. S., Red River Room
Meeting agenda items include reports from the Head Injury Association of North Dakota; Community Options for Residential and Employment Services, Inc. report on the pre-vocational skills services program; HIT, Inc. report on the social and recreational services program; and Department of Human Services’ Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Division report on traumatic brain injury efforts in North Dakota.
