Naomi Judd's family was recently granted a court order that will keep her death records sealed. The late singer's husband, Larry Strickland, and her two daughters, Wynonna and Ashley Judd, wrote in a filing that the records depict Naomi's death in a “graphic manner,” and that if the evidence that police collected at the scene were to be made public it would cause “emotional distress, pain and mental anguish.”

The paperwork was filed in Williamson County, Tennnessee on August 1st. The temporary order was granted on August 2nd, with an evidentiary hearing scheduled for September 12th.

Naomi committed suicide in her Williamson County home on April 30th at the age of 76.
