Major League Baseball started its Winter Meetings today at the Hilton Anatole hotel in Dallas, Texas.
Several teams will be looking to make moves in free agency or via trade, but the biggest move might have been former Yankee Juan Soto’s deal with the New York Mets, which landed the outfielder $765 million over 15 years yesterday. Several sources expect that the Minnesota Twins may remain quiet in this year’s Winter Meetings, but notable arms like Walker Buehler may be on the move during this time.
Buehler did not get a qualifying offer from the Dodgers this offseason, but the right-hander is a former All-Star.
