Life-threatening wind chills, potentially reaching -50°F, are forecast for much of North Dakota from Saturday through Tuesday morning. Winds are forcast to be 35-45 miles per hour, with gusts up to 65 miles per hour. Frostbite is possible in as little as 10 minutes at these temperatures.
