In Cass County Monday, 18-year-old McKenzie Moser pleaded guilty to causing a head-on crash that seriously injured three Jamestown teenagers last June in Horace. The collision occurred when Moser crossed the center line, striking a Honda Civic driven by 16-year-old Addison Marker, who was traveling with her sister Claire and cousin Megan Wieland. While Moser was arrested for DUI at the scene, her attorney claims she may have been drugged. She faces a minimum one-year sentence at her April hearing.
