
In a packed Jamestown Civic Center, the best four seeds of the Division B Girls State Basketball Tournament won each game on Thursday night in the quarterfinals.
No. 1 Lewis & Clark – Berthold beat Linton/HMB 63-49. No. 2 Kenmare/Bowbells took down Grant County/Mott-Regent 71-52. No. 3 Central McLean won against Langdon Area-Munich 60-32. Lastly, No. 4 Benson County held No. 5 LaMoure-Litchville/Marion to a season low 30 points in a 54-30 win.
KSJB’s Coverage of the Division B Girls State Basketball Championships resumes tomorrow at 12:40 p.m. Kenmare/Bowbells will play Central McLean in the semifinals. Later on at 2:45 p.m. Lewis & Clark – Berthold will take on Benson County. In the consolation semifinals, Langdon Area-Munich will play Grant County/Mott-Regent at 6:30 p.m. and Linton/HMB will play LaMoure-Litchville/Marion at 8:15 p.m.
