As first reported by the Jamestown sun, Beginning Wednesday, Jamestown’s recycling collections are experiencing delays due to equipment issues, according to the city sanitation and solid waste department. Delays will continue throughout the week or until equipment problems are resolved. Residents should leave recycling containers out until collected, as Recycling Center of North Dakota crews will work until dark to complete routes. Any uncompleted collections will resume the following day. The city assures residents that all routes will be serviced, though later than usual.
