Fargo police reveal a juvenile pointed a laser at a North Dakota Army National Guard helicopter

In an update on the case regarding the laser pointed at a North Dakota Army National Guard helicopter last month, Fargo police are now saying it was a juvenile who committed the act. The incident happened at around 9pm on April 17th. The UH-72 Lakota helicopter landed safely at Hector International Airport. Charges are pending in the Cass County State’s Attorney’s office, and further information will not be released as the prosecution is pending and a juvenile is involved.
