Court documents reveal details of an incident at Charge On Together Daycare in Jamestown, North Dakota. A 15-year-old male staff member was accused Friday, May 30th of Gross Sexual Imposition involving a 4-year-old girl. The daycare owner, Nicole Stevahn, and another staff member, Adrian Miller, face child abuse charges for allegedly failing to report the incident.

Police were called to the daycare after reports surfaced of the inappropriate touching. Stevahn admitted knowing about the accusations but stated they were investigating internally and did not report it to CPS or Licensing. She claimed the daycare had cameras and the suspect was kept away from girls, though court documents indicate separation of the victim and suspect only began after the alleged incident.

Adrian Miller also reportedly witnessed concerning interactions, including the child making suggestive comments to the suspect and Miller separating them. A detective stated Miller showed “blatant disregard of her duties” and “allowed the suspect to commit a sex crime.”

The 4-year-old victim, during an interview at the Red River Children’s Advocacy Center, stated the staff member had touched her in her vagina and butt.

Following a search warrant at the daycare, police seized cell phones, the DVR system, and other records. Nicole Stevahn and Adrian Miller were arrested. Additionally, another 3-year-old girl at the daycare reported being touched in the same manner by the suspect, and a forensic interview is being considered for her.
