Jeremy Craig Reister of Medina, North Dakota, was sentenced to 16 years in prison for sexually assaulting juveniles. Judge James Shockman also placed the 41-year-old on 40 years supervised probation and ordered him to register as a sex offender. Reister pleaded guilty in February to multiple felony charges including gross sexual imposition and incest involving minors from 2021 to 2022. He was also convicted of tampering with evidence and placing recording devices in bathrooms. Reister faces additional felony charges in a separate case, with a jury trial scheduled for June 24th after pleading not guilty in March.
