A federal grand jury levied the indictments against Ian Patrick Stewart of Willison, saying he knowingly and willfully made threats in April and May.   Stewart has been charged with terrorizing, burglary, malicious mischief, threatening to kill a former President, and three counts of threatening interstate communications.

Stewart is also accused of entering the Fort Union Trading Post National Historic Site causing employees to evacuate after threats.
