The Passport to Agriculture event will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Rice County Fairgrounds in Faribault, Minnesota.
This free, hands-on event is open to all ages and invites attendees to explore agriculture through themed areas like Dairyville, Cropstown, and Safety Street. Visitors can also bottle-feed a calf, sit in a tractor cab, and collect passport stamps at each station while learning how farming connects to daily life.
Organized by the University of Minnesota Extension, the event includes a free meal, requires no registration, and is especially suited for families and those new to agriculture.
