There are reports of a head-on crash in Cass County Friday morning.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the collision happened on Cass County Road 26 near Hunter when vehicles going in the opposite direction impacted after one of the cars had drifted past the center stripe.
Three total people were transported to Fargo hospitals with injuries.
