The South Dakota State Fair Foundation has announced the first-ever SoDak National Junior Rodeo, set for October 10–12, at the Dakota Events CompleX (DEX) in Huron, South Dakota.
Open to youth ages 10 to 18, the rodeo will feature classic events such as barrel racing, bull riding, breakaway roping, goat tying, steer wrestling, team roping, and more.
Unique incentives are in place to attract participants nationwide, including bonus payouts for large event entries, a special side pot for contestants traveling over 300 miles, and double-entry options to boost winning chances.
