North Dakota residents are being asked to provide public comment on changes to the state’s Medicaid and disability services changes.
The North Dakota Health and Human Services department is proposing rate increases to in-home services for older adults and those with disabilities. This comes after state and federal lawmakers approved multiple changes to funding for those services this year.
The proposed changes can be viewed at hhs.nd.gov/waivers and a physical copy can be mailed by request.
Public comments can be submitted via phone by calling 855-462-5465, email, or physical mail to the department by August 21st.
The address for mailing public comments is North Dakota Health and Human Services – Adult and Aging Services Section, Attn: HCBS, 1237 W. Divide Ave., Suite 6, Bismarck, N.D., 58501.
