One person is dead and another critically injured after a small plane crashed in western South Dakota on Monday, July 28.
The single-engine Piper PA-22-150 Tri-Pacer crashed just after 6 a.m. near New Underwood, east of the Rapid City airport. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating.
