LOCASH celebrated their recent multi-week radio number one hit, “Hometown Home,” at an event on the BMI rooftop. The song spent two weeks at the top of the charts earlier this year. The celebration, hosted by BMI and ASCAP, featured speeches from industry partners praising the duo’s hard work and dedication. The event also included a special donation to LOCASH’s “I Love This Life Fund” from sponsor Studio Bank. During the event, the writers and producers shared their gratitude for the opportunity to be part of the successful single. LOCASH closed out the night with a performance of “Hometown Home” and their hit “I Love This Life,” alongside the song’s collaborators. The number one achievement marks the first single and first chart-topping hit for LOCASH’s own Galaxy Label Group. (Music Row)
