School is back…or almost back…in session for students around the area
Kidder County, Napoleon, Streeter, and some Valley City students began classes today.
For some Valley City students, including high schoolers, classes will begin tomorrow.
Carrington and LaMoure Public Schools will also open on Tuesday morning.
Kids in Edgeley already began classes, with their first day last Thursday. Medina, Pingree, Buchanan, Gackle, Barnes County North, and many other rural schools across North Dakota also began last week.
Linton High School was among the first to begin, with their first classes on August 12.
Jamestown Public Schools will open Thursday, August 21, with Middle schoolers starting first at 8:20 a.m. High school classes will begin that day at 9.

The University of Jamestown and Valley City State University begin fall classes next Monday, August 25th.
