Bismarck Police arrested a man who they say threatened to bomb a bank on Monday.
51-year-old Robert Walsh was arrested after a standoff at the downtown Bravera Bank. The Bismarck Police said in their report that Walsh entered the building and made a bomb threat to a staff member.
Police were called and they say a negotiator was quickly able to get Walsh to surrender.
Walsh has been charged and was incarcerated in the Burleigh-Morton Detention Center.
A SWAT team assisted in the operation to arrest Walsh and clear the building of any potential bomb threats. No explosives were reported found.
