Stutsman County woke up to clouds and some patchy fog this morning, with lows in the mid-50s. Conditions are starting to clear, but the National Weather Service says scattered showers and a few thunderstorms could develop later today. Highs will top out in the upper 70s, with south winds generally 10 to 15 miles an hour and occasional gusts near 30.

After midnight, another slight chance of showers or storms returns, with lows again in the upper 50s.

In Bismarck, highs near 80 are expected, while Fargo will reach the low 80s under partly sunny skies.

Showers and storms become more likely across the region by mid-week as cooler air moves in.
