The Montana Department of Agriculture (MDA) is seeking proposals for projects that will support the growth of Montana’s hemp industry through improved production, marketing, and educational efforts.
The Hemp Research & Market Development Program funds initiatives that advance hemp research, promotion, and market opportunities for Montana-grown hemp. Eligible projects may include advertising and promotion, equipment, consulting services, travel, and communication.
Proposals must be submitted through the WebGrants system by 5:00 p.m. MT on Friday, October 17. Applications will be reviewed by the MDA Director at a public meeting held within 30 days of the deadline.
