Unseasonably warm temperatures continue Thursday and Friday, with highs 15 to 20 degrees above normal reaching into the 80s across much of the state. Friday will be the warmest day, with mid to upper 80s expected in southern areas and upper 70s in the north, along with breezy conditions. The National Weather Service warns of a low probability for isolated severe weather Friday into Saturday, followed by periods of moderate to heavy rainfall this weekend. Cooler temperatures return Saturday starting in northern and western areas, with temperatures dipping slightly below normal statewide early next week. Overnight lows tonight will drop into the fifties before the weekend weather system arrives.
