Some patchy fog is possible around Jamestown this morning, and another overnight freeze is on the way for Stutsman County. The National Weather Service says skies will clear later today with highs near 53 degrees across the area.
Temperatures will drop below freezing again tonight, with lows around 31, likely bringing another freeze before sunrise.
The weekend continues to look much warmer. Friday and Saturday should bring sunshine and highs in the low 60s, about ten degrees above normal for late October. Forecasters at the NWS say an extended period of unusually mild late-October and early-November could be in store.
