A deadly crash early Sunday in Fargo is under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
The Highway Patrol says a 2012 Dodge Journey was speeding north on 10th Street around 2:30 Sunday morning when the driver lost control and hit a parked vehicle before crashing into a tree.
One passenger reportedly died at the scene, another suffered life-threatening injuries, and the driver was hospitalized with serious injuries.
The patrol says restraint use and possible charges remain under investigation. Fargo Police, NDSU Police, Fargo Fire, and Sanford Ambulance also responded.
