Art and creative expression makes life interesting, and Jamestown is lucky to have a Fine Arts Association that invests in that creation. With millions of dollars put into the Jamestown Arts Center renovation over the past few years, the public can finally see what they’ve been working on. The Jamestown Arts Center is showcasing their hard work in their renovation process with a grand opening Thursday. The 4,000-square-foot Arts Center addition includes new spaces for art and cooking classes, tailored to the community. They have been working on this project for three years and have broadened the scope of what art can do for Jamestown. Come see for yourself at the Grand Opening, tomorrow from 5-7 p.m. with 5:15 p.m. ribbon cutting. The Arts Center is located at 115 2nd St. SW.
