The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce gathered Wednesday with local Ambassadors and community members to celebrate the grand opening of Depot Ramen with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Located at 300 2nd Ave. NE #114 within the Jamestown Business Center, the new venture transforms a local staple, the Depot Cafe, into a dual-venture restaurant that now operates as a ramen restaurant in the afternoon and evening.

The owners designed the space to serve the community through the day by switching from the classic Depot Cafe breakfast and lunch in the first part of the day, and Depot Ramen takes over the second shift. Depot Ramen introduces scratch-made ramen bowls and Asian-inspired dishes to the Jamestown food scene.

Residents looking to try the new ramen menu can visit Monday through Saturday 2:00 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays 3:00 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce commended the owners for their continued investment in the local economy and for bringing a new cultural dining experience to the region.

For those interested in reaching the restaurant directly, they can be contacted at 701-252-1003. Questions regarding Chamber ribbon cuttings or groundbreakings can be directed to Executive Director Emily Bivens at 701-252-4830.
