During his speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington D.C. on Saturday, former North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum predicted President Trump will win the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize. Now serving as Interior Secretary, he claimed that Trump’s policy that emphasizes energy dominance would be key to ending the war in Ukraine. To achieve this, he plans to use the U.S. Geological Survey to extensively map America’s natural resources including uranium, oil, and coal. Burgum also said the plan is to “mine, baby, mine,” in order to avoid relying on other countries for certain minerals.
