North Dakota to sue the Bureau of Land Management over changes to Resource Management Plan

North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley said that the state will be suing the Bureau of Land Management over changes that the organization made to North Dakota’s Resource Management Plan.

The state believes the changes severely restrict the development of oil and gas resources across the state. Wrigley says that the group finalized amendments to the North Dakota resource management plan in the final week of the Biden administration that severely restricted future development of oil and gas resources across North Dakota.
