On Wednesday (April 16), Post Malone‘s ex-fiancée, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, filed for custody of their two-year-old daughter in Los Angeles Superior Court. In the filing, Park is seeking primary physical custody of the girl, referred to as DDP, along with joint legal custody, while granting Malone visitation rights. Park has reportedly been the sole caregiver since November 2024, as indicated in related court filings, and is requesting that Malone cover legal fees for the custody change. Malone and Park’s representatives have not responded to requests for public comments on the legal matter. During an interview on CBS Sunday Morning back in August, Post revealed how their daughter has impacted his life and career, saying that fatherhood “changes your life in the best way ever. And the most beautiful thing is, she has a beautiful mom.” (Rolling Stone)
