A West Fargo man driving a motorcycle “at a reportedly high rate of speed” was killed in a crash with a Freightliner Motorhome just before 4 p.m. on Wednesday. The motorhome was driving east at the intersection of 42nd Street and Main Avenue, making a left turn into a parking lot on Main, according to the North Dakota Highway patrol. The motorcycle crashed into the passenger side of the motorhome, and despite the fact that a helmet was worn, the 34-year-old man died in the crash. The motorhome driver was unharmed. The crash caused the area to be blocked off from traffic until around 7 p.m., and it is still under investigation.
