The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce recognized two outstanding agricultural leaders during the 2025 Farmer Appreciation Festival on July 29th.
Della McClean of rural Barnes County received Agricultural Woman of the Year. She and her husband Joel run their family farm and McClean Haygrinding, serving over 100 cattle producers across a 70-mile radius since 1993. Della manages scheduling and finances while working in the fields.

Taylor Dockter of Medina earned Young Farmer of the Year. She and husband Dylan operate Bar G Ranch and Feedlot while raising three children. Taylor also serves as Director of Nursing at Anne Carlsen Center and as an EMT on the Medina Area ambulance since 2014.

Both women were honored at Drift Prairie Brewing Company alongside family and fellow producers.
