An Alabama man is facing charges in Stutsman County for not following through on a construction contract. A warrant was issued for Newville, AL man, Joey Neumann, on Monday. Investigators say he was paid $9,000 last year to put up a metal structure, but he abandoned the project and kept the money. Court documents say that no work was done on the project within the first 180 days of the agreement. Neumann is facing charges of felony construction fraud; punishable with up to 5 years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine.
