Jamestown Regional Medical Center has recognized one of its employees with its highest internal honor.
JRMC announced registered nurse Tracy Wolk as the latest recipient of its ‘Legend Award’, the hospital’s top employee recognition. Nurse Wolk works in JRMC’s Surgery Center, where officials said she plays a key leadership role in keeping surgical services running safely and efficiently.
Hospital officials said Wolk was nominated by a colleague for her work ethic, reliability, and ability to keep procedures on schedule, while also supporting patients during stressful moments before surgery.
The Legend Award is given to employees whose work has a lasting impact on patient care and their coworkers. Representatives for JRMC said Wolk’s dedication reflects the organization’s mission to serve both patients and staff.
