=> For the Overnight - Snow with widespread blowing snow before 4am, then a slight chance of snow between 4am and 5am. Low around -2. Wind chill values as low as -15. Windy, with a northwest wind 28 to 36 mph, with gusts as high as 48 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Total nighttime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Road Conditions (As Of 11pm):

=>I-29 CLOSED at 11 pm from Fargo to Grand Forks
The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) and the North Dakota Highway Patrol have closed I-29 from Fargo to Grand Forks due to blowing and drifting snow creating zero visibility on icy roads.

=> Motorists are reminded of the following advisories still in effect:
No Travel Advisory to include the northeastern and southwestern regions of North Dakota including the cities of Grand Forks, Dickinson, Bismarck and surrounding areas
No Travel Advisory for areas northwestern North Dakota north of US Highway 2 including the cities of Crosby, Bowbells and surrounding areas.
No Travel Advisory for north central North Dakota including the cities of Minot, Devils Lake and surrounding areas.
A Travel Alert for areas around Williston, Fargo, Wahpeton, Valley City, Jamestown, Ellendale, and surrounding areas. A Travel Alert means conditions are such that motorists can still travel in these areas, but should be advised of freezing rain causing icy road conditions.
