The North Dakota Fighting Hawks dropped their record to 7-13 after a loss to South Dakota State last night, 109-73.
The Hawks allowed a season-high 109 points to the Jackrabbits, who jumped to an 11-8 record with the win. Guard Joe Sayler reached 25 points for SDSU, while four other players reached two figures in scoring. Both Owen Larson and Jaden Jackson had six rebounds for South Dakota State.
North Dakota will try to bounce back against Kansas City at home on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
