According to new research form Lumina foundation, North Dakota’s college or industry-recognized certification rate has climbed to 59%, a number that’s been on the rise in recent years.
The report named, “A Stronger Nation” lists that 55% of American Adults from 25 to 64 have this level or certification or degree. The report identifies a post-high school education as any associate’s, bachelor’s or master’s degree or a certificate geared for various jobs.
North Dakota joined the recent move with others states to curve in free tuition programs for income eligible students.
