Locals looking for a splash of color during the winter months can head to Valley City State University later this month for a free journey through the cosmos, put on by Wes Anderson.
The VCSU Planetarium will host a public showing of “Cosmic Colors” on Saturday, February 21st, at 1:00 p.m. The film explores the science behind the visible and invisible spectrum, ranging from Sir Isaac Newton’s discovery of “ROYGBIV” to the high-energy wavelengths of the Aurora Borealis.
The show is free to the public and will be held in Room 309 of the Rhoades Science Center.
