Northwest Tire has been named the Business of the Month for February by the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors.
Located at 306 Business Loop W, the local service center was selected for its commitment to responsive and compassionate customer service.
Per the Chamber press release, the nomination mentioned a specific instance where a customer with dashboard warning lights was scheduled the same day and back on the road within hours. The nominator described the staff, specifically mentioning manager Todd, as “friendly, fast, affordable, and compassionate”.
The Chamber encourages residents to recognize local businesses that go “above and beyond” for the community.
