North Dakota Highway Patrol says Highway 14 north of Sterling is likely to remain closed for most of Tuesday after a semi rollover and hazardous spill in Burleigh County.
Troopers say the crash happened Tuesday morning around 12:30 a.m. near mile marker 11, when the truck overturned and spilled an estimated 3,000 gallons of a chemical used in mining.
The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to Sanford in Bismarck.

The crash remains under investigation. The evaluation of hazardous aftereffects are continuing by state and federal agencies.
