In accordance with a directive from President Trump, Governor Armstrong has directed all U.S. and North Dakota flags to be flown at half-staff until Saturday, July 18th in remembrance of U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., who suddenly passed away July 11 from aortic dissection, according to CBS.
In a press release, Armstrong called Graham a “devoted public servant, statesman and friend.”
