Ambulance services in the Jamestown and Valley City areas may be eligible for a new round of state-managed equipment grants.
North Dakota Health and Human Services has about $22 million available for rural ambulance equipment and technology upgrades. The state expects to award roughly 110 grants of about $200,000 each.
Applications close at midnight this Sunday, Aug. 9. Providers can find the application and eligibility rules on the Rural Health Transformation page at HHS.nd.gov.
