FEMA approves $400k for University of Jamestown sports complex storm repairs

More than $800,000 is being released by the Federal Emergency Management Agency to fund infrastructure repairs in North Dakota. This follows an $846,000 investment announced in May.

The latest round of federal public assistance reimbursements includes nearly $400,000 to the University of Jamestown to repair storm damage at the school’s sports complex. Minnkota will receive over $422,000 to restore electrical transmission systems.

The funding follows severe storms that impacted the state last June.
