The state’s highest honor is set to be awarded to two North Dakota wrestling legends this fall.
Governor Armstrong announced that twin brothers Terry and Troy Steiner will receive the Theodore Roosevelt Rough Rider Award; the ceremony will take place October 1st at the State Capitol. The brothers are Bismarck natives, national champion wrestlers, and legendary coaches–selected as the 51st and 52nd recipients of the prestigious award.
Their official portraits will be unveiled in the Memorial Hall.
