Four Teenagers Injured in Rollover
JAMESTOWN - The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a vehicle rollover early Sunday injured four teenagers

The Patrol says 16-year-old Trevor Peterson of Jamestown left the Parkhurst Recreational Area northwest of Jamestown around 12:04 a.m. Sunday. Peterson was travelling westbound on 30th Street SE when he failed to negotiate a sharp turn. His Chevrolet Cavalier slid sideways into the ditch where it came into contact with the bottom of the incline and rolled onto its top. Neither Peterson, nor his three passengers were wearing seatbelts. All remained in the vehicle and were not ejected. Jamestown Ambulance Service transported all four to the Jamestown Regional Medical Center, where their conditions are not being made available.

Peterson was injured, along with the passengers: 16 year old Kaitlyn Oviatt of Eldridge, 16 year old Terrica Stoppleworth of Jamestown, and 16 year old Kourtnee Aipperspach of Jamestown.

The accident remains under investigation.

The NDHP was assisted by the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office.
