Jamestown residents are anticipating the opening of QDOBA, a fast-casual Mexican restaurant that allows customers to customize their own burritos, bowls, quesadillas, and more. Since the addition was announced last year, Holy Guacamole Inc., owned by Kelly and Tricia Seckerson, has been preparing to make the restaurant a reality. The building is currently under construction where the old Dairy Queen was located, on West Business Loop.
As residents notice construction progress, we now have more insight into the timeline. The Jamestown Sun reports that the location is expected to open in September, and that it is expected to employ 10-12 full-time employees and potentially 45 part-timers.
