An 18-year-old Jamestown woman died Sunday night in a rollover crash in Kidder County.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the crash happened at about 7:15 p.m. Sunday, June 21, about two miles west of Pettibone.
A 2006 Chevrolet Malibu was going north on 44th Avenue Southeast, then turned east onto 21st Street Southeast. The Patrol says the driver lost control on the gravel road and the vehicle overturned.
The driver died at the scene. The Patrol says she was not wearing a seat belt.
Her name has not been released.
The Kidder County Sheriff’s Office, Pettibone Rural Fire, Steele Fire and Rescue and Steele Ambulance also responded.
The crash remains under investigation by the NDHP.
