A free planetarium show is planned this weekend at Valley City State University. VCSU will show “Lila” at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 27, in Room 309 of the Rhoades Science Center.
“Lila” is a short film about a cheerful caterpillar as she transforms into a butterfly. VCSU says the show celebrates curiosity, growth and the wonders of nature and is geared toward children ages 4 to 15.
The VCSU Planetarium is located at 101 College Street Southwest in Valley City, and is the only planetarium in North Dakota.
